Welcome to HEALmatic Group Practice! We are a team of Psychotherapists and MSW Interns with lived experience who work from a trauma informed lens and provide an identity affirming space for people to experience wholeness and healing. Our team has come together through shared experiences in community mental health and aim to provide an alternative to traditional approaches to mental health. Our training and qualifications consist of graduate level degrees and clinical (associate/full) licensure. As a team, we believe that therapy is sacred work and learning and training should not stop once a degree or a licensed is achieved. With that said, our team trains with some of the best in the field through formalized continue education trainings, ongoing field training and clinical supervision to ensure we are providing quality care.

Our purpose:

1. Provide a culturally affirming space for marginalized populations.

2. Address the direct impact of trauma through a Bio-psycho-social-spiriutal lens to understand holistically how these have a direct impact on ones mental health.

3. As a team, we focus our training on trauma informed, identity affirming and integrative approaches that contribute to the individual and to the collective healing.
